All quotations provided by Bell Vita are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. A confirmed order requires a written agreement signed by both parties and a deposit as specified in your project proposal.
Many of our products are manufactured to custom specifications. Once production has commenced on a confirmed custom order, cancellation may incur costs equal to the work completed and materials ordered. We will communicate any such charges clearly before proceeding, and no charges will be applied without your prior written acknowledgment.
Lead times quoted are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, import logistics, or site conditions outside our control. Bell Vita will communicate any significant delays promptly. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
Where Bell Vita coordinates installation, this is subject to a separate installation agreement. The client is responsible for ensuring the site is prepared and accessible on the agreed installation date. Delays caused by site conditions or client-side factors may result in rescheduling fees. Bell Vita installation teams work to manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes.
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to the client at the time of purchase. Bell Vita facilitates warranty claims but acts as an intermediary — the manufacturer bears the liability for product warranties. Specific warranty terms are detailed in the product documentation provided at handover.
Our installation workmanship carries a 12-month warranty from the date of installation completion, covering defects directly attributable to installation error.
